We exercise utmost care in processing articles entrusted to us and use such processes which, in our opinion, are best suited to the nature and condition of each individual article. Nevertheless, we cannot assume responsibility for inherent weaknesses of or defects in materials that are not readily apparent prior to processing. This applies particularly, but not exclusively, to suede's, leathers, silks, satin's, double-faced fabrics, vinyl’s, polyurethanes, etc. Responsibility also is disclaimed for trimmings, buckles, beads, buttons, belts, and sequins.
In laundering we are not responsible for any item(s) as wash and fold is processed by weight and not by garment count, as such items are not inspected, therefore we will not be responsible for any claims, including shrinkage, discolouring, runs, rips, tears, or any other damage. This also includes any item claimed loss or missing.
Please note that as a mobile pick up & delivery service, items are not counted at the time of pick up and are logged in at our facility. As such our internal count is determined to be the accepted and final item count. We will not be held liable for any items claimed sent, missing or damaged. We are not responsible for any item claimed lost or stolen from designated drop off or delivery areas.
Garments not picked up or if we are unable to complete a delivery due to no fault of our own for 30 days, a storage fee may apply. Full payment for the order is required within 14 days of order completion if we have been unable to deliver the order or pick up has not been arranged. Any garment not picked up or deliverable for 3 months may be donated to charity.
